Website information and separate project agreements
PARXED presents development, marketing, automation and advisory services to companies and self-employed clients acting for business purposes (B2B), and to private consumers acting outside their business or profession (B2C). Submitting an inquiry, using a calculator or requesting an audit does not place a paid order, create a subscription or require you to buy services.
Starting prices and calculator results are preliminary estimates, not a fixed offer. A paid project requires a separate agreement covering scope, deliverables, timing, acceptance, fees, taxes, third-party costs and payment. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separately agreed change; the website does not authorize extra charges.
These website terms do not replace a project agreement or override mandatory legal protections. Any tax assumptions shown by a calculator must be checked against the final offer before an order is accepted.
Separate paid consumer projects
Before a paid consumer project is agreed, a separate process must provide the applicable precontract information, including service characteristics, total price with taxes and additional costs, payment and performance terms, complaint handling and withdrawal information. Contract confirmation and the required information must be supplied on a durable medium. This website draft does not complete that process.
For a consumer distance service contract, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. The separate process must supply instructions and a model withdrawal form, accept an unambiguous withdrawal notice, and address applicable refunds and any lawful proportionate payment for services already supplied.
Starting services during the withdrawal period requires the applicable express consumer request and disclosures. Any loss of withdrawal rights after full performance requires the relevant consent and acknowledgement; starting work alone does not remove those rights. A tailored project is not a blanket bespoke-service exception. Digital content or digital services require their own legal assessment. These steps still need implementation and review before paid consumer contracting.
Free introductory consultations
The introductory options are 15 or 30 minutes, without a reservation fee or deposit. They are intended to discuss suitability and next steps, not to provide an unlimited free project or a completed implementation.
A requested time is not a confirmed appointment. Rely on the booking provider’s confirmation and the confirmed status shown by the site; an error, pending request or widget animation is not confirmation. Availability may change before a booking is accepted.
Please reserve only a time you intend to attend and use the provider’s rescheduling or cancellation controls if your plans change. The current notice and buffer settings are shown through the booking service. Limits apply as configured by that service; PARXED does not promise a universal one-booking-per-person restriction across every link or identity.
AI assessments and estimates
An AI audit or assistant response is an initial assessment based on the information supplied, not a professional legal, tax, financial or security opinion. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked before acting. No revenue, ranking, conversion or business result is guaranteed.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, sensitive personal data or confidential material you are not authorized to share. Describe the business problem using only the information necessary for the request.
AI availability is subject to technical and usage limits. A failure or budget limit does not automatically turn a demo into a real assessment, charge the visitor or establish an engagement. You can still make an ordinary inquiry.
Permitted use and security
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information that you are entitled to submit. Do not impersonate another person, send unlawful content, spam forms, interfere with other visitors or attempt unauthorized access.
PARXED may restrict abusive requests or temporarily suspend a feature for proportionate security or maintenance reasons. This does not remove a visitor’s rights to make a complaint or exercise applicable data-protection rights.
Content and intellectual property
Website design, original text and brand elements belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the site and using its normal functions does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish protected content or use PARXED branding as your own.
You retain your rights in material submitted with an inquiry. PARXED uses it to assess and answer that request and, where agreed separately, perform the project. Submission alone is not permission to publish your identity, logo, screenshots or work as a public case study.
Deliverable ownership, licences for third-party materials and rights in reusable tools are agreed in the separate project contract. These website terms do not transfer client deliverables in advance.
External services and responsibility
External booking, analytics and AI services have their own applicable terms and privacy information. Links or an embedded service do not guarantee their continuous availability. PARXED remains responsible for its own obligations and does not use a third-party disclaimer to exclude them.
The site is provided as an information and inquiry channel. Technical interruptions and preliminary information are not a promise of uninterrupted access or a completed project result. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Questions, applicable law and changes
Send questions or complaints to hello@parxed.co with a description of the issue. Please do not include secrets or unnecessary personal data. We will first seek a practical resolution; this does not prevent access to competent authorities or courts.
Latvian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to the visitor. These terms do not force a consumer to waive a legally available home-country forum or statutory rights. Applicable consumer contract and withdrawal information must be supplied before a separate paid consumer agreement is concluded.
Changes to website information apply to future use. They do not retroactively change an agreed project, create a paid subscription or treat silence as acceptance of new charges. The privacy and cookie notices describe data handling separately.
